    - Timeframe for Claims All return and refund requests must be submitted within 2 hours of placing the order.
 
    - Refund Process Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.
 
    - Partial Refunds In select cases, partial refunds may be issued instead of full refunds.
 
    - Dine-In Complaints: Concerns regarding dine-in orders should be addressed to the restaurant manager on-site.
