  • Order Cancellation: Orders cannot be canceled after 10 minutes of placement./li>
  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only provided for incorrect, delayed, or spoiled orders.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or digital proof is mandatory for refunds or returns.
  • Contact Procedure: Refund claims must be initiated via our customer care number or email.
  • Timeframe for Claims All return and refund requests must be submitted within 2 hours of placing the order.
  • Refund Process Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.
  • Partial Refunds In select cases, partial refunds may be issued instead of full refunds.
  • Dine-In Complaints: Concerns regarding dine-in orders should be addressed to the restaurant manager on-site.
