Order Cancellation
- Standard Orders: You may cancel your order up to 15 minutes after placing it without any cancellation fee. Cancellations made beyond this period will incur a cancellation fee of 10% of the total order value.
- Pre-Orders and Scheduled Orders: For pre-orders and scheduled orders, cancellations must be made at least 1 hour before the scheduled delivery or pickup time to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 1 hour of the scheduled time will incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the total order value.
- Large Orders and Catering: For large orders and catering services, a non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery or event will forfeit the deposit.
No-Show Policy
- Delivery Orders: If our delivery partner is unable to reach you at the provided address after multiple attempts, the order will be considered a no-show. No-shows will be charged the full order value, and no refunds will be provided.
- Pickup Orders: If you fail to pick up your order within 30 minutes of the scheduled pickup time without prior notice, the order will be considered a no-show. No-shows will be charged the full order value, and no refunds will be provided.

- Unforeseen Situations: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will handle cancellations and refunds on a case-by-case basis.
